Shipping & Pickup

Local pickup. All pieces are available for pickup in Allison Park, PA, by appointment. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll reach out to schedule a pickup time and share the exact location. Please plan to bring help and a vehicle suited to the size of your piece.

Shipping. Because our pieces are one-of-a-kind and vary in size and fragility, shipping isn’t calculated at checkout. We arrange it through custom quotes. Contact us with the item and your zip code at modrefuge@gmail.com or 724-961-7034, and we’ll send a quote based on size, weight, packing needs and destination. Shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Handling time. Please allow up to one week for us to carefully pack your piece before it ships. Delivery times after that depend on the carrier and destination.

Large furniture. Some larger pieces can’t be shipped through standard carriers. For these items, the buyer may be expected to pick up in person or arrange their own transport or freight service. We’ll let you know when you inquire, and we’re happy to coordinate with the shipper or mover you choose.

Condition in transit. Every piece is carefully packed. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can help resolve it with the carrier.
